Use of Personally Identifiable Information
We collect personally identifiable information, which is typically limited to your name, business email address, job title and/or professional designation(s), or business telephone number when you sign up to receive newsletters that we publish or sign up for webinars or in-person seminars we present. In some cases, when required, we may need to collect a business mailing address. We may also ask questions about your business goals to better serve you. When we collect this information, you will know it because you will need to submit this information to us in order to receive the information or service you requested. We use this information for our own internal purposes, such as evaluating what aspects of the website need improvement, fulfilling your requests for information, products, or services, and communicating with you.
We also use this information for our direct marketing purposes and to send you announcements and invitations we think you may be interested in. When you receive newsletters, blog posts, and promotional email from us, we may use web beacons, customized links or similar technologies, to determine whether the email has been opened and which links you click in order to provide you more focused email communication.
You can always opt out of these marketing uses by telling us not to send the materials to you when you provide your information, or by asking us to remove you from those mailing lists.
We may collect information about your web visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken. We also collect certain standard information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, language, access times, and referring website addresses.
We do not transfer information to third-parties for their use as a mailing list or for other advertising purposes.
Despite our use of commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure, the Internet is not an inherently secure environment and so we cannot guarantee the security of your information. We assume no liability for any disclosure of data due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.

We encourage you to contact us at priceb@mercercapital.com before raising a concern with the supervising authority, to see if we can resolve any concerns you have about our processing of your Personal Data.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance/Cross-Border Privacy (European Union)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if you have provided consent for the processing of your Personal Data, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your consent was withdrawn.
